halloween!

terra was the best clogger of the night and played a great hostess. 

the last couple of years kade and terra have thrown an awesome halloween party and this year everyone got into it! (if you can't tell from my parents hilarious costumes!) we all go and bring food and terra makes soup and chili and we eat all night and laugh and talk and take the kids trick or treating. it was freezing cold and brad took reese in the pouring rain. he loved it! once he figured out that people were giving him candy he didn't want to stop. it was an awesome night!

a get away at home

our friends the parkers invited us to come and stay the night at their park city condo. it was nice to get away with friends for the night.

reese was super into swimming! he loves the water like a little fish. brad loves it just as much.

we had a great time. we made awesome food, shopped at the outlets, went to the farmers market (where reese got an awesome bracelet with his name on it), swam, ate, played clue and laughed late into the night. it was awesome. i love getting to know people better and i am so grateful that we have become close to jen and darwin. happiness is new friends.

reese really wants to stir the pot when i am cooking. he can't cause i am sure that would end in disaster, so instead he gets to pull a chair up to the sink and play with the faucet.

reese loves to accessorize. as you can see he is wearing his favorite lanyard and my belt. Most days he is wearing a bracelet/wristband and a head band also.. love it!

 shanea brought us some cookies back from hawaii.. guess who loved them the most???

we went out to union grill with b&s last week. the boys got up on the trains to explore. so fun.. these guys are the cutest dads ever... love em!
